At TKW Self Defense Catalog.com, we put every effort into handling returns and refunds in a professional and efficient manner. Please familiarize yourself with the our policies in order to ensure you are aware of all our return and refund policies granted you with each order placed with us.
Your Satisfaction is Always Guaranteed!
For most of TKW Self Defense Catalog.com products, our Satifiaction Guarantee return policy provides you a full 90 days from receipt of your order to request a refund.
After you receive your product, examine it, try it, use it for a full 30 days. If for any reason you wish to return it, simply ask and we will gladly refund your money.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not end there. After the first 30 days and before 90 days from the date of receipt, you may return your product for any reason and we will still gladly refund your money with a small 10% restocking fee.
TKW Self Defense Catalog.com Guarantees you Excellent Service and Quality products with each and every order. If you are not satisfied for any reason we will make it our mission to rectify the situation.
TKW Self Defense Catalog.com strives to create an easy and fast return process, we simply ask that when you need to make a return you contact us for our return instructions, which we keep easy.
Please keep any and all packaging, instructions, and accessories that came with your product. If any of the original packaging, instructions or accessories is missing from your return you will Only receive a store credit. All returns must be issued an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
To do so, please send an us an email at sales@tkwselfdefensecatalog.com requesting an RMA Number, please include your invoice and/or order number of the products(s) you are returning. Also state whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on proceeding with returning your product(s), including the address to send the product(s) to.

Shipping Policy
Get FREE Shipping on orders is over $100! We will make every effort to ship your order within 24 - 48 hours (Monday-Friday). If for any reason we are not able to ship within that allotted time frame, we will notify you by e-mail.
All shipments are sent ground. At present we do not ship internationally. ALL Orders are charged a flat shipping fee of $9.95. Click here to learn how to get your Shipping Cost Reduced.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE:
- Please provide a physical address not a PO Box for the shipping address. We cannot Ship to PO Box
- Pepper Sprays or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, can only ship within the continental United States, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories
- Stun Devices (Stun Guns) and Pepper Sprays are restricted in some counties, cities and States. Please check with your local laws prior to purchasing these items.
Here is a list of some exclusions:
- Hawaii, New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, Connecticut and the city of Philadelphia CANNOT receive stun device shipments.
- New York, Massachusetts, Michigan* and Wisconsin CANNOT receive Pepper Spray Shipments
Special Rules, Exception, Exclusions and Warranty Policies
As stated above, We extend 90-day money back guarantee (details above) on our self-defense products*. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request to return your item(s) within 90 days of the date of receipt for a refund or exchange. If you request a refund, the cost of the item be issues with NO QUESTIONS ASKED, (shipping is are not refundable).
If you would prefer an exchange, you will be responsible for return shipping cost. You will also be responsible for any additional cost due to price differences (if an even exchange, only shipping charges will apply). If there is any differences in the exchange of lesser valued item, we will apply credit you for that difference.
*SPECIAL DVD RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of DVD's We cannot issue a refund for a returned DVD. If for any reason you are unhappy with your DVD purchase, you may utilize our Satisfaction Guarantee with one small variation. DVD returns will only receive store credit.
Warranty Policies:
Any products that have a warranty beyond 30 days will be stated on the product page or on the products packaging. Any product on TKW Self Defense Catalog.com that does not state a warranty on our it's product page or on the products packaging will be warranted for 30 days.
Warranties issues beyond 30 days will only be handled for MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. Warranties will not cover Wear and tear, customer misuse, abuse, commercial usage, etc.
All warranty returned products shall be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer defect and thus replaced accordingly. Warranty returned products that do not qualify for warranty replacement will have the option of returning the product back to you or we will dispose of the product for you.
Refunds cannot be issued on any warrantee products unless it is submitted to us within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Even if an item has a manufacturer's warranty longer than 30 days, refunds cannot be issued. Warrantee products can only be repaired or replaced. If you are needing to return an item to us under warranty, please follow the return policy guidelines above.
